Siemens PLM Software Appoints Gautam Dutta as Director of Marketing India

June 25, 2013: India - Siemens PLM Software has announced the appointment of Gautam Dutta as Director of Marketing for India. Gautam is based in Gurgaon and takes over this role from Vivek Marwaha, who has moved to an Asia Pacific marketing role within the company.


Gautam brings over 25 years of experience in Aerospace, IT and PLM industries in India. He has held leadership roles in various organizations such as TCS, IBM, Silicon Graphics, PTC and ANSYS. Gautam has previously worked in Siemens PLM Software for four years up until 2010. He has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering and a master’s from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.  “I am very pleased to welcome Gautam Dutta back to Siemens”, said Suman Bose, Managing Director, Siemens PLM Software India. “His experience is an asset as our customers and partners will surely benefit from his industry knowledge, an important contribution as we further scale-up our Indian operations significantly over the next few years.
